Well sorry I can't write both of you back. My computer time has been taken over with trying to figure out my life when I get back home. It's SO weird. I forgot what it was like to worry about stuff like. Makes me appreciate being here and having one purpose to worry about!
Anyways, we had a crazy week!
Highlights:
We helped out with the stake youth conference since it was here at MSU. They were low on volunteers and asked us to help so we did. We were there pretty much all day Friday. We ended up helping be team leaders of one of the groups. Different groups rotated through activities through out the day. It was all about family research and it was so cool to learn about! I need to do my family history when I get back! Anwyays, there was also a scavenger hunt and random things. Our group was the best!! The best part was them jamming out in the car to Frozen on the way to an activity. At one point I made us rock out to the bop version of I Hope They Call Me on a Mission :) It was so fun!
Saturday we had an exchange and I was with Sis Durfee here in Morehead for a day. We didn't have very many appointments so it was a finding day which can be rough sometimes but we made it super fun! We ended up meeting some great people! Like a Hindu family that invited us inside and gave us water and told us a little about Hinduism. Then we tracted into this super sweet girl, who has been having a rough life lately and really needed prayer. I love it when I feel I was able to be an instrument in the Lord's hands. It's what I wanted to do when I came out here and it's the best thing EVER.
So, overall it was a crazy but awesome week! The work is going well here in Morehead!
